Keeping an eye out

Emergency action was required this evening to deploy a heron scarer next to the fish pond as Mrs W disturbed a heron eying up our fish this morning. We feel fortunate that the fish made it through the day and, given that I had bought this item weeks ago but had not got round to setting it up, I was worried that our two surviving fish would be history.
