Black and white..

and grey all over.

What a grey day.  The engineer came out to fix the internet.. I had been told it would work after his visit.. he rewired our broadband and altered the previous wiring for our house phone.  We now have 5Mbps of broadband arriving into our house.. but .. and yes there is always a but!!!  We can't seem to access it.  We can ping any website but nothing loads onto our computers???!!!  No one seems to know how to fix it and our ISP is not being very helpful.  Time to leave?  Perhaps.  In the meantime... now our phone is not working either

Yes I am feeling grumpy.. ah well.. thank heavens for 3G  another 24 hours before our ISP will supposedly ring us back with the next instalment.
