Filter

My new handy dandy glazed ice filter, courtesy of the ice rain this morning, right at rush hour. Guaranteed to soften deep lines, remove small lines, and obscure other imperfections. The filter, not rush hour; that creates and amplifies all the imperfections.

It's still on the outside of all the windows. I just came in from scraping an inch of what looks like coarse table salt from a half inch layer of granular, glaze ice. Just give me small fluffy snowflakes please and stop doinking around with this...this slippery crap. I dread ice. Ice is what changed everything, eight years ago.

Looking forward to a half hour with the world's cutest boy in the morning. I built him a huge skyscraper in his own little Minecraft world that he can blow up with TNT. He'll dig that.

The new meds is making the mister better except it induces nausea and dizziness. That's prescription medication for you; two nasty side-effects for every good thing it does.
