A visit to the physio at the hospital this afternoon. The hospital is very close to part of Hampstead Heath so I went early for a little walkabout. Here is one of the ponds where they have been cutting two trees down one each side of the pathway. It seems a shame but I know it must have been necessary as they are very careful with their trees and walkers safety. It was very dull and quite chilly up there.

Update: Physio was good and my arm was pushed in directions I didn't know it could go at this stage and assisted of course. I now have exercises to do and can remove the sling. I have arm ache now zzzzzz
