A jug full of Spring

These are the flowers I mentioned yesterday, now that the buds have opened more.
Have just come back from a little get together to mark the retirement of one of the 'readers' at the OU.
He is 90 in a couple of weeks and has been a volunteer maths reader for the last 25 years - hope they don't think that I will be able to manage to read until I am 90!  He lives in the house in which he was born and apparently it retains some of the original features"!
