Guess what .........

......... another emergency blip!!! It's super time!
I've been chasing my tail all day, washing, a struggling
pool exercise, back massage and pedicure , all that
after a very disturbed night with painful hands and
left hip!! I think it could only be the soft tissues as
it has already had a replacement! Now to cook the
salmon for supper and then settle down to watch
Midsomer Murders, oh I do like a good Murder!!!
Operative word being GOOD!! Say no more!
