Back to basics...

A day spent causing a stink - spreading slurry to make the grass grow. So much better than all those nasty chemical fertilizers (or that is my answer to anyone who complains about the smell ! )
The scanning man here again doing the hill Blackface ewes this time. Less empty ones this year,which is good. But it is a long time between now and selling finished lambs. Plenty of time for things to go wrong !
This time last week I was rescuing Mrs Farmerboab and her broken down Jeep.
One of her friends thought this would be the ideal card for her !
