Swansea Harbour by Night

The image was taken in the early evening.  I was looking for a shot of the boats at night and concentrated on the lock gates and the boats moving through them.  I turned around and saw this shot.  This was a week after the violent storms and everything was calm and still .It was this effect I wanted to capture
