eggy goodness

managed to work from home between meetings today to keep sakalasafari company. it's a bit unbearable being shut in a tiny flat on your own all day, poor thing. the upside of this arrangement is that i got to have a lovely lunch of eggy avocado goodness.

i have an unhealthy addiction to eggs, i think. always trying to find the freshest, free-range eggs to make the perfect poached egg. i've added some farm eggs to my veg box delivery and so i'm eager to find out how good they are. at least until DD and HF get their chicken run on the go.

so yeah, eggs. they're nice.
