Sandpit fun

I haven't played in the sandpit for a while and I had forgotten how much fun it is. I think my owner is hoping that I will dig less in the garden. It worked today.
My dog friend Baxter was 1 today. He might be older but I can still run faster than him and gave him a great chase in the park this morning.
Lost my recently retrieved ball in the river again. My owner and son helped me find it in the river but I ended up dropping it and it got stuck. I really haven't got the hang of getting the ball from the river. I think we might need to buy some cheaper balls.
