Frustrating morning.

This morning I decided to connect up my new Mac book to the Internet with my new Ethernet cable I bought yesterday but couldn't get it to work.
I phoned the really helpful people at Apple and we tried for just short of an hour to try and sort the issue.
Resigned to taking the adaptor back to the shop tomorrow I picked up the box only to see written in very small writing at the bottom 'requires driver installation'. How stupid did I feel but being a windows user until yesterday, it never entered my head about drivers as these days if windows needs a driver it finds and installs it automatically.
