Despite all the hours I have spent wandering around my garden, camera in hand, I still occasionally find things that I have never seen before. 

This is a tiny (small ant sized) wasp – and is a parasitic CHALCIDOIDEA
wasp; possibly a Torymus. I think it looks a bit like a tiny mouse...
