Cooking at the MAC Village

Today I had to work at the Narrabri MAC Village and cook food for hundreds of miners. I started at 12:30 and finished 9 hours later.
After the shift I braved the cold on my motorbike and rode home freezing cold in the 1 degree temperature.
When I got home I was greeted by a very warm room because our heaters finally started working again.
Was a very good day and I think the best part of the day was sitting by the river with my girlfriend Candice before starting work :)
