Swainson's ?

It is a very windy day.Taking an iPhoto picture of blowing palm trees, I noticed a hawk soaring above. Admittedly iPhones are not optimal for soaring birds, but here he is.

Viewing large I noted dark wing tips and the dark wing bars and shoulders. Consulting our bird books it appears to be a Swainson's Hawk so that is my tentative ID. Maybe later, I might be able to catch a shot with my 400 mm.

Well, I didn't see a hawk but I did see an airplane.
