Foggy

... foggy and misty but a lovely walk round the Grasmere. Astonishingly tired with much talk with and of carers and other practicalities this morning so my mind was fog too and it was good to have a change of scene for a while with some spicy butternut squash soup and chat. Coming through always has a slightly disorientating effect on me, I feel like I am in the Start Trek transporter being beamed across time and space and not quite fully formed anywhere. Fog seems to be the general theme of the moment.
