Fresh air and stunning views!

Philip's niece replaced my cousins in the family help relay!

After too many days of too many boxes it was fantastic to be up in the mountains! The view of the Geneva basin and the Alps from the, nearly, highest point reachable to skiers was the first clear view Philip and I had in February 2012 when we came to visit the area before moving out here. Every time we skied here we would always stop and marvel at this view! (On a very clear day you can just see the very summit of the Matterhorn slightly east of this shot!)

This is the first time I have skied at 'our' resort since Philip died - and I am not so sure skiing will ever be quite the same.
