Opportunity for improvement. (?)

Spotted on the way back to Hereford from Lincoln, I can only assume that the tarpaulin and general buildy-shit means this poor fucker is being rescued from further decay.
I was going to call this Blip "Tumbledown" primarily to crowbar one of my favourite ever songs into the blog. But I'm not that cheap.
