Gargoyle

This is a gargoyle on the Chandos Almshouses, Winchcombe. The building was founded by Lady Dorothy Chandos in 1573 for 6 'poor' families and almost completely rebuilt in 1841. In 1996 the building was renovated and turned into 12 flats for the elderly.
My grandfather lived in one of the flats.
