It's wide open countryside where all sorts of creatures do their thing.Bears do it in the woods. Cows do it in fields, as do foxes. By 'eck does theirs stink! So why oh why would you bother to pick up the waste matter your dog has just deposited. What makes this act more astounding is the contents of the plastic bag you have just used will be gone long before the bag. But hanging it on a gate post where it can't be missed by all who pass is just ludicrous. To me it's a confirmation of your mental inability. Months of degrading flag versus walking on when your mutt takes a dump in the middle of farmland. You really are thick and disgusting to boot. Don't pick it up or dispose of it correctly. Rant over.
