Yellow

BB was keen to get up early this morning, just as TT left, but I wasn’t!  A couple of mum’s came up to me at school to tell me how well he had read at church last night.  Proud mummy moment!  He told me later that all the teachers told him how good he was too. He was very pleased with himself!

A morning of chores.  BB had a friend home for lunch and play this afternoon.  The play focused around technology, but as BB hasn’t had much technology time recently I was quite relaxed about it.  BB had his swimming later in the afternoon.  This week was all about back stroke.

A quiet evening ahead.  A glass of something might be in order.

This lovely lichen is thriving on our garden gate.  The sun was shining on it when I came back from school drop off, which really drew it to my attention.
