Send Ben & Janthi some Biscuiteer biscuits! Really glad it's Friday - tried to get a doctors appointment but can't until Monday. To Jules' in the evening & he's decided we should go to the gym tomorrow except I haven't brought trainers & feel like I have a fractured rib!
