Happy Valentine's Day!

These are the flowers humbug gave to me and the cards we sent each other.

Tonight we are having a meal with friends at their house so we are looking forward to that.

1 Story.
At Blackburn cathedral they had installed some bollards at the entrance that went up and down at the press of a switch. It was of course to stop cars coming into the area that they didn’t want there. One of the mayor’s officers from Blackburn had had permission to drive into the cathedral area and the bollards were down as he approached them. But as he carried on over them one of them came up suddenly and went right through the sump of the car and did thousands of pounds worth of damage to the very expensive Jaguar car.
