Getting there...

Basic airframe finished, Needs to have the nose altered to less "box like", total weight with Radio and electrics is under 2 Pounds, much lighter that the IC engined ones I used to build, they were Close to 3 pounds. Big difference is the Radio weight , 3 servos, Rx battery with Switch and Rx was close to 3/4 of a pound, now it is just over 3 ounces ! So everything built lighter. The fuselage is going to be spraypainted, as there is no fuel proofing necessary, the wings etc film covered.The model is expendable, it is just to get me back flying again before I build a proper model. The Pilot will be put on when all is painted. Got to have someone to blame if it crashes!
