Keep Smiling, Keep Shining...
Look what arrived on my doorstep this morning.
Since Molly's death I have kept in touch, albeit infrequently with her husband, and knew that a book was in the making.
Lovely Val, who works for Himself over here,in Scotland, emailed me last week, and told me, finally the Book was ready. And here it is.
I spotted it on my back doorstep, and sat in the somewhat uncharacteristically warm sunshine, and carefully removed the packing. Looking at the hard back shiny cover was enough to make me smile, but then I opened in, and quickly flicked through the pages - Entries I recognised, words I remembered, and then the tears started to fall again.
What is it about this woman, I never met, but whom with I corresponded with on a daily basis that I formed such a bond, She gave me kind words to help with my writing, offered wisdom on the upbringing of the kids - I remember my last correspondence with her - Boy was on his way home, after nine months away - I was almost overcome with excitement waiting for him to return, and then I got an email from Himself, to tell me of her admission to hospital - My diary for the day recorded the date, my Blip recorded my anxiety,
But Life goes on, and Molly is forever remembered in Blipworld - she was a massive part of that community which people felt had been soiled with the "partnership".
Is a very lovely book - if any of you would like to purchase a copy I can provide you with the details - dogwithnobrain at g mail dot come.
