Low cloud over North Swanage

The top of Ballard Down has been enveloped in the cloud.  Drive up there this morning and you would very soon have found yourself in dense fog.

I have only just noticed that two out of every three lampposts along Shore Road have been decapitated.  An energy-saving measure?
