........Heart shaped crumpets, a surprise card with no envelope even thought we said 'no cards', driving miles to a Tea room to find it had been turned into a Butchers, paying £2 for a car park at Wakehurst Place when I told him it was free for the first 90 minutes and Scampi and chips for dinner at our Health Club! 

I don't believe in the expense of Valentines day but a little bit of effort for the one you love is always appreciated.
