Geranium leaves

It wasn't as cold today, so although it was gloomy and raining at times, I got out into the garden to do some tidying up. Everywhere I went I was accompanied by Coco the cat, running ahead in excitement at having someone out in "her" garden. These red leaves are on a perennial geranium. These thrive on our chalky soil.
I didn't stay out there long. I have spent the afternoon on my new embroidery to the accompaniment of two rugby matches. Normous' good humour continues as England won again
