Full of love!

Today I joined my special Guyanese friends Tracy and her mom Veronica, who often treat me and two other friends to a home-cooked Guyanese meal.  With a wonderfully spicy baked chicken, we had 'cook-up rice' made with shrimp and pigeon peas, steamed aubergine and fried plantain wrapped around spinach.  All totally delicious, and paired with a chilled rose ice wine from Canada.  And then desert - baked custard and sponge cake!!
