Enchanting

I'm not sure this is my best photo of the day, it probably needs more attention but I am tired after a day of unexpected. fascinating finds, beautiful, bold outdoor colours and some great walking. This overgrown entrance to a gated clearing holds a tall stone cross. It is a place where imagination needs to run riot and also where meditation can begin. A really great day.

I also learned about the different types of olivine, a stone I had never heard of till today. I think the basalt version may be used by massage therapists?
