Working Class Justice
A bit of street photography in my hometown of Blackburn, Lancashire UK.
A group of kids, what is commonly referred to as 'chavs' in the UK, sat outside an entrance to a solicitors (lawyers for all you US onlookers). I don't know if these kids were indeed attending the solicitors, but the haircuts, clothing and body language are often associated with 'everything that is wrong with the youth of today!' ...apparently.
The scene struck me as interesting because it plays with our perceptions of class and how we immediately judge someone without knowing anything about them.
