I have been very irritated how our cables being always in a tangle. I looked up advice on the internet and I thought this sponge idea looked good. I tried taping it to a cupboard and hanging them on it, which worked OK. It was very difficult to get the sponge to stick, I had to use drawing pins as a last resource.
