Carolina Jessamine

The Gelsemium sempervirens has quite a few new blooms here in February.    It is a bit overgrown as it is overshadowing several miniature roses that would enjoy more sun.  The Jessamine has a very strong fragrance - perhaps the strongest of anything growing in our landscape.
