Blackness Castle

Another grey day weatherwise, but I decided to take a trip out to Blackness Castle and see what I could come up with. Admittedly it was after 4pm when I arrived and the castle itself was closed for the day.

However, a wee wander around the foreshore and the vicinity of the castle resulted in a few photographs being taken.

I've settled for this black & white picture taken from the shore - thankfully the tide was out, although it was a bit muddy underfoot.
