After several hours reading municipality law, I just couldn´t focus more and went for a stroll. I ended up at the city centre and Akershus fortress - one of my favourite places in Oslo. 
The picture is taken up there with a view down towards Aker Brygge.
Weather was rather nippy with an icy wind and so I went to Central station, talking an entire hour to my colleagues at the shop I work at. So much for my reading afternoon ;-)
