New technology

Mum loves to read the morning paper from cover to cover, then do the crossword, this is becoming more difficult as her eyesight deteriorates. A couple of weeks ago I took her to an exhibition of electronic magnifiers put on by a Vision Support group in Chester. We decided on this one, it has quite a feature set and even tells you the time and date at the press of a button. Even at her age (90 next month) she is willing to try new things, I really hope this helps her :-)
