Ai Wei Wei at Blenheim Palace

On our way back to London we stopped at Blenheim Palace to see the Ai Wei Wei exhibition - the most significant collection of the Chinese artist and activist's works to date, all spread out in different parts of the house, surrounded by antiques. It's an interesting way to see contemporary art, and some of it was clearly inspired by its setting, but with a twist: a beautiful rug depicting a dusty road in China and this huge chandelier, reaching almost to the floor of the Great Hall.
