It was bread-making day today in class. A wonderful parent came in to demonstrate and oversee them as they mixed, kneaded and shaped to their heart's content. It would have been rock-making if I had done it :-P The expert help made a huge difference.

The warm weather was perfect for the rising and the overall results were incredible!

Super teaching, super work and super fun.....ideal.
