I went to wash the cars this morning.

Of course with the cold having broken my outside tap I had to go and get a replacement connector. And of course it still leaked a bit so I had to go and find my plumbers tape, take it apart again, tape it up and put it back together again. And slice my thumb open in the process. Of course it still leaks a bit (not enough tape) ........... but bugger it - it will wait until another day - when my thumb has healed.

So a two minute job took about an hour.

Then I had to actually clean the worlds two dirtiest cars.

That totally buggered my back.

I finished just before PD came to visit for a couple of hours, which gave me a great excuse to do nothing else that required any effort.
