Up with Juno and headed to the allotment and for a long walk. Met a committee man who was searching for 2 lost bags of onions, left him to it as I would have hindered him.

Juno and I headed up the river, eco son called me and we had a chat.

Juno swam in the big pools as she chased sticks.

Home and caught up with people I had neglected to contact.

Watched Spiral, and Bitter lake on the iplayer, a must to watch to give background to current issues.
