Lovely day off with Mum getting some jobs done, and we had a walk along the grey seaside at Frinton. I finally got a blood donation appointment and gave my pint in the evening- eighth one, so I should reach the big 1-0 this year. How I wish I'd started donating years ago. I then spent the evening with a friend and her adopted dogs watching a film. As day's off go, think this was a pretty good one.
