After the past couple of days of heart-shaped bokeh shots, I thought I'd share a shot of my home-made bokeh template.  I still can't quite get my head around how the science of this works, but this tutorial goes some way to explain it, and shows you how to do it.  I've had a lot of fun with this - quite fancy trying the city lights shot soon, too!

Tim still wasn't feeling well today, and I felt exhausted, too, so we decided to give climbing a miss and have another lazy day at home.  He popped out to get his hair cut after lunch, and I went into Lewisham to buy bird food, but other than that we had a very relaxed day.
