Daffs

It feels like Spring is starting. We had some sunshine today and the daffs I bought on Friday are opening. Lovely...

I had mishap number 3 today (1 & 2 yesterday) I think our 'Friday 13th' events were delayed! 
After the roast, I pressure-cooked the chicken carcass then picked it and put the stock and chicken pieces in a double seal bag which I left on the work top to cool prior to freezing. 
Some time later I found Myki on the kitchen floor lapping at a great puddle - the stock! The bag obviously had a puncture (although new and straight out of the box) and the liquid had gone down the front of 3 successive drawers leaking into the front of each one on the way, all of which had to be emptied, washed and dried out along with the contents, then everything replaced - Arrggh!  
Also another washing machine load of wet dirty towels!
