Vikings!

This weekend Sheringham celebrated it's Viking past with a Viking festival, for which a local carpenter built a 26ft Viking longboat.  
The festival culminated  this evening with a torchlight procession in which the longboat was wheeled down the high street to the beach, and then ceremonially burned. I took quite a few photos but this one I thought was by far the best.
