Penny..

I went for a late afternoon walk in Groot Brak river and met this lovely lady working in her garden.  She lives on the island at Groot Brak.
I have (Scout’s honour) not once mentioned or talked about my kidney problem and yesterday out of the blue a friend phoned me to tell me that she will support me totally when I start peritoneal dialysis.  She will go with me to the hospital to go through the training etc.   She said she will support me for as long as I need her too.
I am also looking for new curtains and did some serious spring cleaning yesterday.  Yes, my time may be limited but I am not giving up. No sirreee....

Tomorrow I have to see the nephrologist again so fingers crossed please.
