Maya Beach

Out on a boat/snorkelling trip today with two other couples ( we were the oldies !) we left early to beat the crowds who flock to Maya Bay where The Beach was filmed. There were only four boats there before us so we could appreciate the gorgeous setting and pure white sand. It was soon filling up so we left and went snorkelling in another bay where we swam close to several reef sharks which was good. Picniced on a beach and stopped by the monkey beach too. It was a super day out.
