Medal of Life

One of the worst headaches I’ve had for quite some time, totally wiped me out.  I did return to the land of the living by lunchtime, only for it to return with a bang as I went to sleep.  Nightmare :(

Watched the rugby, Wales still not convincing and escaped this mad old world via some books.

Do you think you get a medal if you excel at life at the end?
