Baa baa black sheep

At last I have been able to take a snap as the lambs become more inquisitive. Their wool is very dark when they are born but as they grow they will become paler - Hampshire Downs is their breed.

Poured with rain this morning.  N and T went into town to get some forms checked by a land agent - part of agricultural beaurocracy - and they were correct for once!  A arrived for a cup of tea and a natter this afternoon and we went down to the yard to look at the livestock including the young beef cattle we bought in from Sedgemoor Market on Saturday who seem to be settling down.  No more lambs!
