Laugh Of The Day!

I'm still laughing! My Tesco grocery delivery came this afternoon. One of the items ordered was '1 pack large cherries, £4.38'.

See what I got delivered? A bag containing ONE cherry only for the princely sum of 12 pence. Did the packer really believe anyone would want just one cherry? I phoned Tesco helpline and had the woman who answered almost in tears of laughter. She asked me to email in a photo of the lonely cherry, which you see here together with the detail from my order form. They will 'get back to me' - Watch this space ...

When Tesco first began online grocery ordering I remember receiving 112 Kiwi fruits instead of the 12 I'd ordered. Swings and roundabouts!
