If any of you have a snugglesafe (pet safe heat pad) do not drop it on your toes as swearing will commence followed by a rush of I want to throw up pain and you will then be left will dull throbbing. I think the fact my foot is ice cold due to Raynaud's is a blessing at the moment. Oh and I can't take any painkillers cause I already took some about an hour ago *cries*
