Blipping the Lectionary: Mark 9:2-9

"Temple" by Lochwinnoch

I was walking around Lochwinnoch and drawn up the hill to this wee monument called the Temple. Pottering around inside, I came out as a woman and her dog were passing and having a look in. I gave her a bit of a fright as she walks by every day and looks in on it, but rarely sees anyone up there. She said she kind of considers herself its guardian. 

Made me think about what is entrusted to us and what we consider ourselves the guardians of.
